Osbaston House Farm is a working dairy farm of about
250 acres. The fourth generation of Earp’s, dating back to
1908, John, is today’s Farmer, supported by his wife, Sharon.
In 2002, the farm successfully diversified to become one
of a handful of specialist goat farmers in the UK. Milking
approximately a thousand goats every day; early in the
morning and afternoon. The farm also rears beef cattle,
breeding sheep and has a flock of free-range hens.
The farm lays on the edge of The National Forest linking
the two ancient Forests of Charnwood and Needwood
Forest. Two miles from the farm, along pretty countryside
lanes, lays the market town of Market Bosworth, the town
was recorded in the Domesday Book.
Located only 8 miles from the M1, and nearby for the
M42 and A5, Osbaston House Farm is easily accessible.
